Has any here ever had bacterial vaginosis, and what were your symptoms? I just wanted to hear actual people tell their symptoms because I think I may have it and i’m going to the doctor soon.

Is it possible for someone to live with BV for years or would it have caused bigger problems by then?

I was diagnosed for BV and I went to the doctor, and they gave me a gel to cure it. It got rid of the bad odor BV gives to you but the thing is ever since I started using the gel i’ve been bleeding for the past week and a half. It’s been a lot like a period bleeding, and it has been VERY heavy. I have had no cramps whatsoever, and right now I am on birth control but i’m not even on my sugar pills yet! This hasn’t happened to me before with my pills, just ever since I began using the gel.

I was checking to see if bleeding was a side effect, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I would ask my doctor but unfortunately the office isn’t open right now. Has this happened to anyone else before? I just think it’s really weird, and the bleeding hasn’t gone away yet but it has gotten lighter. I just finished using the gel treatment. Is this something I should be very concerned about??

I think i might have Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) but am unsure of it, but i’ve read up about it and the symptoms and i’ve got a few symptoms but still unsure… i read that if u drink app;e cyder vinegar in water 5 times a day the bacteria will go away.. but it tastes so bad and am despreste for a good natural remedy that WORKS?

I just recently got off of antibiotics for a uti and now have bv. What the heck, can the antibiotics have caused this?? (like antibiotics can cause yeast??)
its not a yeast infection. Its bacterial vaginosis which is different. How the HECK do you get that
I am married only have 1 partner, and got this stupid BV after a UTI Already have taken my medicine and feel better. Just wonder how the heck you get it.
